Global Admissions is looking for University Success & Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about building deep university relationships and using marketing to help them succeed?

We’re looking for a hybrid operator who is part strategic account manager and part creative marketer. This is a high-ownership role focused on Partner Success & Marketing.

You will be the main point of contact for our existing university partners- managing the relationship, ensuring their success, and running marketing campaigns on their behalf. At the same time, you will create B2B content to help us attract and grow with new university partners globally.

Your Impact

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:

  • Grow our university partnerships and own revenue targets.
  • Lead strategic marketing campaigns to attract universities and students globally.
  • Build scalable systems for onboarding, reporting, and growth.

You’ll have full visibility across the business and the freedom to experiment, innovate, and build

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧩 University Partner Success & Management (60%):

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our existing university partners.
  • Manage and strengthen the relationship to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver regular reports, performance updates, and strategic insights to partners.
  • Identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.

📣 Partner & B2B Marketing (30%):

  • ​Partner Marketing: Coordinate and launch marketing campaigns for your partners (e.g., webinars for students, content features).
  • B2B Marketing: Create and manage B2B content (e.g., newsletters, case studies) to attract new university partners.
  • Customize onboarding materials and brand messaging.

🧠 Strategy & Systems (10%):

  • ​Continually improve and upgrade systems for onboarding, reporting, and partner management.
  • Support and give insights in other areas.
  • Hire, train, and manage team members as we grow.

Day-to-Day Examples

  • ​Welcome and assist a new university for onboarding and setting up on platform.
  • Run through contracts to check the performance and KPI, ensuring they are running successfully, flagging any issues and coming up with ideas to improve and exceed targets.
  • Review content and manage content process with writers and social creators.
  • Host online webinar to prospective students with a university Identify ideas for upselling and proving more value within our current partners.
  • Draft our monthly newsletter to send out to prospective new university partners with learnings and successful case studies.
  • Upgrade, review processes, share ideas for improving, review tech plans for new reporting dashboard for universities and give feedback.

Ideal Candidate

​We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage but not necessary
  • Entrepreneurial, motivated, ambitious and self-directed with a builder mindset
  • Internally driven with a track record of excellence
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
  • Experienced in content creation or marketing with a track record of excellence
  • Able to thrive in fluid, fast-moving environments and wear multiple hats
  • Excellent communication skills

This role will evolve as we grow - into one of two tracks - University Success Manager, or University Marketing Manager.
