Studying in Italy is more popular than ever. In 2024, over 72,800 international students – including many from China – enrolled at Italian universities, matching pre‑pandemic levels. This surge reflects growing interest in Italy as a top destination because of its renowned history, delicious cuisine, and increasing number of English‑taught courses.
Italy offers far more than beautiful architecture and art. It’s a hub for high‑quality, affordable education with programs in engineering, business, design, health, and social sciences.
Many Italian universities’ deadlines have passed, but we still see many students considering applying to and studying in Italy. Although most top universities are closed, several universities are still accepting applications, and may even offer higher acceptance rates for international students.
Please note that some of their programs may have different application deadlines.
