Accessing Your Community

The ALFIE – Accessing Your Community program at Berkshire College of Agriculture is a non-degree course for students who want to engage with their community. It lasts for a year and is taught in English. This program helps students get involved in their community.

The curriculum focuses on community-based skills and helps students develop social skills. Students learn how to interact with people and get involved in community activities.

After completing this program, students can work as Community Support Workers, Youth Workers, or Volunteer Coordinators. They can find jobs in community centers, charities, or local authorities.
