The acting option in Ball State’s Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) theatre program offers an innovative and demanding training curriculum consisting of rigorous and varied coursework, a strong foundation in movement-based approaches, and an emphasis on synthesizing the body, voice, and mind. We challenge our students to be thinkers, athletes, responsible citizens, and motivated theatre artists who will make a difference in creating the next generation’s voice. The BFA acting option is audition based. Students must be academically admitted in order to be considered for a spot in the BFA.
