Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, also known as Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, is a private Catholic university located in Milano, Italy. It was founded in 1921 by Father Agostino Gemelli, and since then, it has expanded to become one of the largest universities in Europe. Currently, the university has over 27,000 students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, with a significant number of international students, totaling over 3,100. The university has campuses in different Italian cities, including Milan, Piacenza-Cremona, Brescia, and Rome.

The Università Cattolica's 6-year Single-Cycle MD Medicine and Surgery is entirely English-taught. It provides full integration of learning objectives of European and US curricula and it is achieved through a multidisciplinary approach. The attention isn’t focused only on basic and clinical sciences, but also on patient management, legal responsibilities of the medical profession and its ethical aspects. This is in Rome campus.
