The Bachelor in Latin American Studies program at Brigham Young University is a 4-year degree for students who want to understand the historical, socio-cultural, geographic, and economic conditions in Latin America. This program helps students develop a strong foundation in social science research and humanities/language-based research. Students learn to write papers in Spanish and/or Portuguese and produce a major capstone project.
