The curriculum features three main components: individual coaching, professional learning experiences, and assessment of candidate learning. You will receive at least 40 hours of individual coaching each year and engage in at least 20 hours of professional learning experiences. These experiences will help you develop competencies prescribed in your Individual Induction Plan (IIP).
