The curriculum covers topics such as food industry quality management, marketing, and valued-added products. Students will also learn about food processing and production management, packaging, and agri-food entrepreneurship. A 12-week work placement is included in the program to give students hands-on experience.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers as Food Quality Managers, Agri-Business Consultants, or Marketing Coordinators.
