The Dual Study Programme at HSBA is designed for students who thrive in a hands-on learning environment. The program spans three years, with students alternating between theoretical phases at the university and practical phases in the workplace. Throughout the program, students engage in a curriculum that integrates classroom learning with real-world applications. Each semester consists of approximately 20 weeks of theory and 32 weeks of practical experience. Students also have the opportunity to choose electives and complete a bachelor’s thesis in their final year. This structure ensures that graduates are well-equipped to apply their knowledge in professional settings, making them highly attractive to employers.
