Fränkisches Wörterbuch

The Fränkisches Wörterbuch program is a non-degree program at the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities, taught in English, and lasting one year, suitable for students with no prior education requirements.

The program covers historical German language and literature, with students developing skills in lexicography and linguistic research, and participating in dictionary compilation projects.

Graduates can work as Lexicographers, Language Researchers, Dictionary Editors, Publishing Editors, or Library Specialists, in roles at publishing houses, research centers, or libraries.
