A transcript is a student’s academic record that lists all courses and final grades. To be official, the transcript must be issued from the school in a sealed envelope and sent directly to FHSU by the school or by the student. FHSU will not accept digital copies of transcripts. All transcripts must be issued in English. Transcripts not issued in English by the school must have a word-by-word English translation completed by any member of NACES (National Assocation of Credential Evaluation Services). Both the original and translated transcripts must be submitted. The GPA (Grade Point Average) requirement is 2.5 on a 4.0 grading scale. Students who attended a U.S. college or university and received at least 24 college credits hours must meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 on a 4.0 grading scale.

• English Language Certificate(Program Requirement)

International students must show evidence that they have met the minimum FHSU language requirement. The testing company must send your official test scores directly to FHSU to be considered official. FHSU ACCEPTABLE LANGUAGE AND PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS: TOEFL (paper-based): 500+ TOEFL (internet-based): 61+ IELTS (International English Language Testing System): 5.5+ iTEP: 3.6 Duolingo: 95 English 3: 62 The Language Company (TLC): successful completion of level 9 EXCEPTIONS: - Applicants seeking admission to FHSU who have completed 24+ academic credits from an accredited post-secondary institution in the United States and have satisfied the admission GPA requirement meet the language requirement. - Students home county's native language is English  - International students enrolled in an accredited US high school are eligible to waive the language requirement if they have a 2.5 GPA and have taken academically required courses, including two years of English. NOTE: Institutional TOEFL, TOEFL Essentials, and institutional completion scores will not be accepted as meeting FHSU language requirements.

• Your Passport Copy(Program Requirement)

Student must provide a clear copy of their current passport ID page.

• Bank Statement(Program Requirement)

Students must provide a certified bank statement showing sufficient funds for your educational expenses at FHSU for one year. The amount must be equal to or greater than the current annual  Estimated Educational Expenses. Complete the International Student Financial Data Form  and include a certified bank statement.   - A certified bank statement could be an original statement for a checking, savings, or time deposit account, in the student’s name.    - Any other non-liquid financial assets (real estate, loan, CD, brokerage or retirement) will not be accepted.
