Future You

The Future You program is a personal development course designed for young adults aged 19-24. This part-time course spans 24 days, with sessions held 2-3 days per week. It aims to empower participants by building essential skills and confidence needed for meaningful employment. This program is ideal for those seeking guidance and support in their career journey.

Participants will engage in hands-on training, including mock interviews and practical exercises. The curriculum covers vital topics such as employability skills, mental health awareness, customer service, and first aid. Graduates of the Future You program can pursue various job roles, including customer service representative, mental health support worker, and first aid trainer. Many past participants have successfully gained employment at local businesses, including Stansted Airport.
