Master in International Business (Technology and Innovation Management)

Program Training Objectives:

• Through the Master Program in International Business (Technology and Innovation Management), students with a science and engineering background can develop strategic insight and management expertise, and students with a business management background can increase their analytical decision-making ability regarding emerging technologies.
• Cultivate students' international vision and the ability to have an insight into the economic, social, political, cultural and other macro-environmental situations of the countries along the "Belt and Road" of Eurasia.
• Moult students' thinking logic needed to become an excellent manager in an uncertain world, including critical thinking, data thinking, and disruptive innovation thinking.
• Cultivate students' ability to conduct business operations and operating management as senior executives, including leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making.
• Exercise students' ability and means to identify, evaluate, select, implement and manage technology solutions and related business strategies based on the emerging industry environment, so as to create business opportunities and obtain excellent value.

Enrollment Object:

• Professionals with the science and engineering background who are interested in learning the knowledge of international business and business management and hope to become management leaders in the corresponding technology field
• Candidates who hope to establish career development in the field of technology transfer and innovation and have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering.
• Candidates who hope to learn new engineering technical themes such as artificial intelligence, IT internet technology and extra-limit manufacturing and have obtained the bachelor of business or above.
• Those who have worked full-time (part-time) in scientific and technological innovation, international business and enterprise management or undergraduates (full-time) with relevant majors are all eligible to apply.

The academic mentors are full-time teachers in the School which mainly instruct and counsel students in academic development; enterprise mentors are executives of domestic and foreign well-known enterprises/units/institutions mainly to guide students on professional learning, business practice and occupation career planning.

Asia Europe Business School is located in Zizhu International Education Park,  Minhang District of Shanghai where there are large numbers of Chinese-foreign cooperation (or international) projects and institutions stationed, including the surrounding Intel, Microsoft, HP and many other domestic and foreign high-tech enterprises; adjacent to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the East China Normal University, the Park is equipped with student apartments, canteen and other living facilities, which provide students with international learning and living environment.
