Renmin Business School, part of Renmin University of China, is a prestigious public business school established in 1950. In 2009, RBS launched the IMBA program which dedicates to provide an international study environment and foster world-class management elites with an international vision. The IMBA students from overseas and China will take classes together. All the core courses will be taught in English and certain elective courses taught in English or bilingually. Teaching materials are chosen from popular textbooks and cases used in American and European business schools and are combined with the practice of Chinese business techniques. Lessons are given by professors with rich experiences both from RBS and famous overseas business schools.

The IMBA program is a two-year full time study. Students have to complete a total of 47 credits, including 34 for core courses, 12 for electives, and one for the report on social practice. Students who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded the MBA degree by RUC.
