It's a one-week online program that helps students understand their strengths and how to use them to achieve their goals. This program is for students who want to learn how to be more effective in their personal and professional lives.

The curriculum includes topics such as identifying personal strengths, building on strengths, and overcoming weaknesses. Students will learn how to develop a strengths-based approach to work and life, and will have the opportunity to practice their skills through interactive exercises and discussions.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers such as Human Resources Generalist, Talent Development Specialist, or Career Coach. They can work in various industries, including education, non-profit, or corporate, and can be employed by companies like Google, Microsoft, or Amazon.
