Supervision in Food and Beverage Service

The Level 3 Supervision in Food and Beverage Service program at Belfast Metropolitan College is for students who want to work in the food industry. This non-degree program is taught in English and lasts for a year. You'll learn how to supervise staff and manage food services.

The program covers subjects like food safety, customer service, and staff management. You'll develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership. The program includes hands-on training in a real food service environment.

After completing the program, you can work as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Supervisor, or Catering Coordinator. You can also work in hotels, restaurants, or cafes. Other job options include Food Service Manager or Hospitality Supervisor.
