📚 About the Program

Follow-up Master's Program Specialization in Law - International and European law is taught in English and is aimed at deepening the knowledge of legal specialization in the field of international and European law with emphasis on the political element, especially in connection with the integration contexts in the European region. The aim of this foreign language program is to acquaint students with the system of international law and its relation to the national law and the system of European law and the history of European integration and the institutional concept of the European Union. At the same time, students will be able to focus on the diverse areas of institutional and material legal regulation of international or EU law in the context of the optional courses in the program, taking into account the needs of their specialization and the future profession. Students of this study program will be introduced in detail to the system of international law and its relation to national law and the system of European law, the history of European integration and the institutional concept of the European Union. At the same time, students will be able to focus on the diverse areas of institutional and material legal regulation of international or EU law in the context of the optional subjects in the program, taking into account the needs of their specialization and the future profession. The study program is a legal specialization focusing exclusively on international and European law with an emphasis on European integration processes. The program is taught in English, selected optional subjects in German and French.
