Preparation toward Employment – Internal applications only

The Preparation toward Employment program at Berkshire College of Agriculture is for students looking to gain skills for the workforce. This non-degree program takes a year to complete and is taught in English. Students will learn in a supportive environment to help them achieve their goals.

The program focuses on practical skills to prepare students for employment. Students will develop skills in areas such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They will also have the opportunity to work on projects and activities that help them build confidence and independence.

After completing the program, students can pursue careers such as Employment Coach, Job Developer, or Career Advisor. They may work in industries such as education, social services, or human resources. Potential employers include government agencies, non-profit organizations, or private companies that support workforce development.
