Specific Health Access Pathway (PASS)

The Specific Health Access Pathway (PASS) is designed for students committed to pursuing health studies. This one-year program prepares students for specific training leading to health professions such as Medicine, Midwifery, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Physiotherapy. Ideal for those who thrive in a structured environment, PASS offers a solid foundation in health sciences alongside an option in a non-health discipline.

Students will engage in a core curriculum that includes mandatory courses in cellular biology, histology, embryology, biochemistry, physiology, anatomy, biostatistics, and pharmaceutical sciences. Additionally, the program emphasizes human and social sciences, as well as digital and documentary tools. A key feature is the focus on medical and scientific English, ensuring students are well-prepared for international standards.

Graduates of the PASS program can pursue further studies in various health fields, including Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine in Saint-Etienne, Midwifery, Dentistry, and Pharmacy at the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1, or Physiotherapy at the IFMK Saint-Michel.
