Wellingborough: The King’s Trust Team Programme (Level 1) – P190

The King’s Trust Team Programme is a non-degree program for students who want to develop teamwork and leadership skills. It's taught in English at Bedford College in the United Kingdom and takes one year to complete. The main advantage is that students don't need any prior education to join.

The curriculum includes team-building activities, leadership classes, and community projects. Students learn to work together, communicate effectively, and solve problems. They develop skills in time management, goal setting, and decision making.

After completing this program, students can work as Team Leaders, Youth Workers, or Community Coordinators. They can find jobs in charities, community organizations, or local government agencies.
