📖 Introduction
The Specialized University of the Americas or La Universidad Especializada de las Américas (UDELAS) is a Panamanian institution of higher education, of State origin, founded in 1997, with the aim of offering innovative careers and, at the same time, training professionals who help solve the real needs of the productive sectors of the country.
UDELAS, celebrating 24 years since its foundation, has developed a university model linked to special education and health sciences that has already achieved estimable levels of educational excellence. The accumulated experience, the academic institutional development, constitute a university asset that is transferred in the quality of its teaching and transmission of knowledge to the university student.
