This two-year on-campus diploma program is delivered full-time. Students learn about the design and construction of infrastructure in urban areas. The curriculum covers roads, parks, drainage, sewer systems, and sustainable development. Graduates gain skills in drafting, surveying, construction inspection, and technical reporting.

2 years, full-time, on-campus, includes four co-op work terms of 4 months each.

Graduates work as engineering assistants, draftspersons, estimators, designers, and technologists in construction and infrastructure sectors.

B.C. secondary school graduation or equivalent. Minimum 60% in English 12 or alternatives. Minimum 60% in one of: Pre-calculus Grade 12, Foundations of Mathematics Grade 12, Principles of Mathematics 12, Applications of Mathematics 12, Adult Basic Education MATH 012, Okanagan College MATH 120, or 64% in Okanagan College Mathematics 11 Proficiency Test. Minimum 60% in Physics 11 or 50% in Physics 12 or Applied Physics 12. Mathematics requirement must be met within seven years of enrolment.
