Indiana Wesleyan University’s Marion campus brings together more than 2,000 students from around the world in a residential community shaped by faith and connection. Wesley Seminary has served The Wesleyan Church since 2009 and offers online and onsite ministry education from associate through doctoral study. Its curriculum brings together Bible, theology, church history, and ministry practice, with programs that can be completed online or through online, onsite, and hybrid courses. International students can consider residential study in Marion, online learning, or seminary pathways within a university community that places Christian faith alongside academic and professional development.

Students complete two six-month clinical internships in school settings while taking online courses focused on leadership and school operations. They engage in real-world projects using virtual reality, video discussions, and concept maps to develop practical skills. The program emphasizes Christ-like leadership principles applied in educational environments. Students work directly with a licensed principal mentor at their current school site.

The program requires 33 credit hours, including coursework and two six-credit-hour internships. All courses are delivered online with embedded clinical requirements.

Graduates pursue roles such as assistant principal, school principal, dean of students, head of school, and athletic director in P-12 educational institutions.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum 2.75 GPA on at least 30 credit hours. They must be employed in a P-12 school and have a valid teaching or counseling license. Two recommendations from school leaders and a completed internship agreement are required.

The programme totals about 33 credit hours. Online, full-time or part-time, with a typical duration of two years. For international students, tuition is well below the median for US programmes.
