This programme is designed for career changers and working professionals with experience in education or disability support. Students study inclusive education, disability studies, teaching strategies, and employment supports. They gain practical skills through workplace practicums in schools and community settings. The programme prepares graduates to support individuals with disabilities in educational and community environments.

Two years, 60 credits, includes two workplace practicums, full-time and part-time options available.

Graduates enter roles such as classroom support worker, education assistant, community support worker, employment specialist, and inclusive education assistant.

Second-year entry only. Requires completion of the Education Assistance and Inclusion Certificate or approved equivalent. Two professional reference letters, current resume, letter of intent, and possible interview. Criminal record check required after offer.

On-campus, full-time or part-time, two years.
