Indiana Wesleyan University’s Marion campus brings together more than 2,000 students from around the world in a residential community shaped by faith and connection. Graduates are qualified to work as business analysts, operations managers, or sales managers. The programme focuses on practical business administration with an emphasis on change management, ethical decision-making, and supply chain operations. The programme requires 120 semester hours, including 42 credit hours in management courses and 30 hours in general education. Students must complete all management courses before enrolling in MGT-465 Strategic Management, which serves as the capstone.

Graduates enter roles such as business analyst, operations manager, sales manager, human resources specialist, or accounts payable/receivable specialist.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Transfer students need at least 60 transferable credit hours. Competency-Based Education students must submit a resume showing three years of supervisory or managerial experience and complete the CBE-BSM Student Orientation.
