Graduates are qualified to take the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam and practice as licensed physician assistants. The programme prepares students for primary care roles through a structured curriculum combining classroom instruction and clinical training. Students complete 12 months of didactic study followed by 12 months of clinical rotations in diverse medical settings. The programme emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical reasoning, and ethical practice within a team-based healthcare environment.

The programme requires 120 credits, distributed across 12 months of didactic coursework and 12 months of clinical rotations. Students complete a master's research project and pass summative examinations in both computer-based and practical formats.

Graduates enter roles as licensed physician assistants in primary care and specialty medical settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution and complete specific prerequisite science courses with a minimum cumulative GPA and science GPA of 3.2. A minimum of 500 clinical hours, including 300 Category I hours and 8 hours of PA shadowing, is required. International applicants must submit TOEFL scores or a U.S. bachelor's degree, and have foreign transcripts evaluated by WES.

The programme totals about 120 credit hours. On-campus, full-time, 24 months. For international students, tuition is above the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 93% of applicants.

King’s College has 1,945 undergraduate and graduate students, with 60% living on campus.
