About the Program

Resilient Horticulture is a four-semester Master's programme at Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences, concentrating on sustainability, resilience, and management across the international horticulture value chain. The first two semesters alternate between winter and summer intake cycles, covering topics such as research methods, quality management, irrigation technologies, and crop production and management, alongside elective modules that allow students to develop individual specialisations. The third semester is a practical semester in International Horticulture, during which students gain professional experience in Germany, Europe, or internationally, with an accompanying course to maintain contact with the university and fellow students.
