    Introduction

Monroe has grown from Monroe College into Monroe University, with campuses in the Bronx, New Rochelle, and Saint Lucia, alongside Monroe Online. The Bronx campus is a commuter campus with undergraduate programs and the King Graduate School. New Rochelle provides a residential campus in a suburban downtown and includes the Culinary Institute of New York. The Saint Lucia campus serves students from Saint Lucia and across the Caribbean.

Academic options include associate, bachelor's, and graduate degrees. Undergraduate programs connect with industries in the New York and international economies, while graduate programs are designed for working adults. Areas represented in the programs and graduating classes include business, criminal justice, health services administration, public health, early childhood education, medical assisting, surgical technology, and culinary arts. Monroe also offers continuing education and online study, with coursework available through 7.5- or 15-week sessions.

International students join a student body representing more than 100 countries across multicultural campuses. Monroe Online combines live contact with professors and students, group discussions, mentoring, and technical support, and students can combine online and on-campus coursework. The university offers grants for international students, while financial aid advisers at the Bronx, New Rochelle, and online offices help students understand available funding. Corporate partnerships can provide internships, specialized training, and tuition reductions for eligible employees.
