Year 1 introduces the core sciences and contexts of nursing and healthcare You'll develop your knowledge of child development the healthy child and the assessment and care of children and their families
Core modules Introduction to Life Sciences Introduction to Children's Nursing NC4104 Introduction to Public Health and Health Promotion Introduction to Professional Practice
Year 2 examines person-centred care nursing care for children and young people with acute illness and explores local national and global perspectives on contemporary issues At the end of Year 2 you will have the opportunity to undertake a national or international placement
Core modules Therapeutic Interventions in Nursing Bio-Psycho-Social Approaches Assessment and Care Process for Acutely Ill Children NC5107 Community and Public Health Nursing for Children NC5108 Developing Professional Practice
Year 3 looks at caring for children and young people who require complex high dependency critical and palliative care You will prepare for the transition from student to qualified children's nurse
Core modules Safe and Effective Quality Care in Children's Nursing NC6110 Co-ordinating the Care of Children with Complex and Palliative Care Needs NC6111 Leadership in Children's Nursing NC6112 Advancing Professional Practice
You are not eligible to apply to this program because:
The minimum age is 18.
English fluency is required.
You need to be either:
- A native English speaker
- Studied a degree in English before
- Can demonstrate a high level of English
- Having an English certificate such as IELTS level 6 or TOEFL 95 and above is an advantage.
Minimum education level: High School.
The program is competitive, you need to have a high grades of Average
A, 70%, or a
high GPA.

days and proceed to the university or ask

After it has been processed to the university you will receive
your unique
application ID from each university.
The university may contact you directly for further questions.
We will then follow up each week with the university for updates.
As soon as
there is any update we will let you know.
If you have made other plans, decide to withdraw / change
address at any
time
please let us know.
After you have been accepted you will receive your admissions
letter
electronically and asked to pay the non-refundable
deposit to the university.
Once you have paid the deposit the university will issue you the
admissions
letter and visa form to your home country.
