📖Introduction
North East Medical College is a private medical school in Bangladesh, established in 1998. It is located in South Surma Upazila, on the southern fringes of Sylhet. It is one of the best private medical colleges and hospital in Sylhet and one of the leading medical colleges in Bangladesh. After the founder realizes the need to establish a private medical college to meet the increasing demand of meritorious students and to fulfill the demand of country for specialized doctor. Northeast Medical Pvt. Ltd. founded North East Medical College in 1998. There after laying Foundation of North East Medical College was done by honorable Health and Family Welfare Minister Jonab Sala Uddin Yousuf on 12 December, 1999.
The academic campus of the college covers around 6 acres in the South Surma region. The campus of North East Medical College was built in 1999 and soon in 2002, an 800-bedded multi-specialty hospital was built. Northeast Medical College Hospital was established with the united effort of some special doctors and social worker in heart of the town of Sylhet to provide medical services to the community with an affordable cost. The development of several notable institutions like North East Cancer Hospital and North East Medical College Dental Unit has spiked the growth of the College exponentially. They believe in quality education which will take students on a ride to the structured and hard-core education system that is an essential component for a bright career both in National and International Medical careers.

Register when you arrive - its not possible to reserve a room before arriving. You can arrive a few days before and book it
You are not eligible to apply to this program because:
The minimum age is 18 and the maximum age is 30.
English fluency is required. You need to be either: - A native English speaker - Studied a degree in English before - Can demonstrate a high level of English - Having an English certificate such as IELTS level 6 or TOEFL 95 and above is an advantage.
Minimum education level: High School.
The program is quite competitive, you need to have a high grades of Average B, 60%, or a high GPA.
All students from all countries are eligible to apply to this program.

The first steps are to choose the programs, pay the application fee and upload the application documents.
Once submitted to Global Admissions, we will review your application within 2-3 days and proceed to the university or ask you for further clarification
After it has been processed to the university you will receive your unique application ID from each university.
The university may contact you directly for further questions.
We will then follow up each week with the university for updates. As soon as there is any update we will let you know. If you have made other plans, decide to withdraw / change address at any time please let us know.
After you have been accepted you will receive your admissions letter electronically and asked to pay the non-refundable deposit to the university.
Once you have paid the deposit the university will issue you the admissions letter and visa form to your home country.
