Clarkson College

Clarkson College began in 1888 as Nebraska’s first school of nursing. It later established a new campus, expanded its program offerings and adopted a new name. Healthcare remains the central focus, with nine fields and twenty majors covering undergraduate and graduate study. Professional learning options include Basic Life Support, Medication and Nurse Aide courses, offered online or on campus throughout the year. The academic approach combines professional preparation with clinical experience. Faculty members include experienced educators and practicing clinicians, giving students the opportunity to learn from academic and healthcare perspectives.
