Academic study centers on a single major, Organizational Leadership and Change, designed to help students lead transformation in their work and communities. Students earn credit through Learning in Public portfolios that document prior knowledge and lived experience. These portfolios support completion of the Big 10 graduation requirements while building leadership and change-making skills. The bachelor’s degree requires 120 credit hours, and most students finish in an average of 2.16 years. Personalized learning plans help students connect their goals, work, and passions to their degree.
