Front Range Community College

Front Range Community College's story is one of growth from a community college into a multi-campus institution serving Boulder County, Larimer and Westminster. Today, it offers 217 degrees and certificates, five bachelor's programs and more than 500 online classes. Its programs support students preparing for careers, beginning higher education before transferring or completing a bachelor's degree close to home.

Academic options span business and information technology; health sciences and wellness; liberal arts, communication and design; manufacturing, skilled trades and applied technology; engineering, math and science; and social sciences, education and public service. Students who plan to continue at another public college in Colorado can choose from 30 guaranteed transfer programs. An average class size of 16 supports direct attention from instructors, while advising helps new students identify a field of study and create an academic plan.

For international students, campus choice is an important part of planning. FRCC has locations in Westminster, Longmont and Fort Collins, alongside hybrid and online study options. Students arrange classes through Navigate, meet with an advisor before registration and should check course prerequisites, co-requisites, campus location codes and payment deadlines. The college community includes students at different stages of life, with a median age of 23 and 46 percent identifying as first-generation students.
