Georgetown College

Georgetown College gives students room to explore academic interests across a broad range of fields. Programs connect with language and culture, business and marketing, sports and entertainment, visual and performing arts, mathematics and science, human behavior, computers and technology, education, medicine and healthcare, history and literature, political and legal systems, nature and the environment, service, and religion. Academic majors are presented as a starting point for pursuing longer-term interests rather than as limits on future study or work.

Student support is central to the Georgetown approach. The college focuses on respecting students as individuals, serving them at different stages of development, and maintaining shared high expectations. Students are encouraged to become the people they want to be and the people the world needs. The campus is located at 400 East College Street in Georgetown, Kentucky, and the college offers virtual campus access as well as campus visits.

International applicants have a dedicated admissions pathway and can apply using a free application designed to take under ten minutes on a computer or mobile device. Georgetown College also provides financial-planning information, including scholarships, loans, work-study, student accounts, and the GC Guarantee Pell Pledge Scholarship. Current academic offerings include undergraduate programs across the listed disciplines and a graduate program in clinical mental health counseling. Prospective students can contact an admissions counselor or request information as they plan their application.
