Haven University

Haven University was established in 1969 to prepare men and women for ministry in the church and wider society. Its teaching engages students in critical discussions about the Bible, theology, faith, and contemporary life. Students have included pastors, Christian counselors, educators, administrators, denominational leaders, evangelists, and media professionals. Graduates of the California Graduate School of Theology now number over 6,000.

Academic offerings include the Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Master of Arts in Religion through the School of Theology, as well as Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees through the School of Business. The School of Professional Studies offers English as a Second Language. Haven also provides summer and winter intensive courses, with schedules designed for pastors and Christian school teachers or administrators who cannot make long-term commitments to an advanced degree program. Students are assigned an academic advisor when they enter the California Graduate School of Theology.

The main campus is located at 12761 South Euclid in Garden Grove, Orange County. Satellite sites operate in Irvine, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Surat Thani. International students should know that Haven's academic mission is centered on Christ, faithful to Scripture, and rooted in the historical-theological tradition. The school presents theological and business education as preparation for Christian leadership, service, and work in church and society.
