The Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston founded Regis College in 1927 around values of gracious hospitality, service to the Dear Neighbor, peaceful conflict resolution, and care for creation. Those principles remain part of Regis’s Catholic intellectual tradition and mission. The college aims to build character, confidence, and careers while preparing students to serve their communities and lead as advocates for a more just and compassionate global society.
Regis offers programs through the School of Arts, Sciences, and Education; the Marshall M. Sloane School of Business and Communication; the Richard and Sheila Young School of Nursing; and the School of Health Sciences. Academic options include associate, bachelor’s, accelerated, degree-completion, master’s, doctoral, minor, and certificate programs. Nursing, public health, social work, education, business, health administration, communications, and health sciences are among the fields connected with its undergraduate and graduate offerings. Faculty bring academic support, industry experience, and experiential learning into programs offered on campus, online, and around the world.
The Weston campus includes classrooms, lab spaces, residence halls, and an athletic complex. Students who cannot visit in person can use a narrated online virtual tour with 360-degree views and videos of these spaces. International applicants can use the academic program finder’s F-1 Eligible filter when reviewing programs. Regis also offers professional and graduate certificates, flexible graduate and doctoral programs, and bachelor’s completion pathways for adult learners.
