Yeshiva Toras Chaim

Yeshiva Toras Chaim was founded in 1996 to transform incoming students into wholesome bnai Torah. The yeshiva has grown under the leadership of Rabbi Mendel Slomovits, with a focus on helping young students develop within an environment where they feel comfortable advancing. Its work is centered on Torah learning and personal growth.

Academic strength comes through the yeshiva's faculty, which includes Torah scholars and educators with expertise in teaching. Students learn from faculty members described as among the finest scholars and astute educators in the Torah World. This combination of scholarship and education supports the yeshiva's aim of developing students through structured study and close guidance.

The yeshiva is based in Lakewood, New Jersey, in the United States. International students should plan around the published academic calendar. For 2025-26, the fall term runs from August 24 to December 18, 2025, followed by a spring term from December 22, 2025, to March 23, 2026. The summer term runs from April 19 to July 17, 2026. The calendar also includes a fall break from October 1 to October 22, 2025, and a spring break from March 3 to March 4, 2026.
