URBE University

URBE University grew from the work of Dr. Oscar Belloso Medina, who serves as Chancellor and Founder. Its mission is to prepare students for careers that lead toward employment in a dynamic global labor workforce. The university also aims to develop marketable, skilled, progressive leaders who act with social responsibility and uphold ethical business standards.

Academic offerings include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with study focused on ethics, resource management, and personnel development. The Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Marketing combines practical and theoretical perspectives on mass media. Graduate students can pursue a Master of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Security, Management, or Supply Chain. The program is described as a 45-credit-hour degree. A Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology covers technology-based learning and offers concentrations in Virtual Learning, Learning Design and Technology, and Instructional Design and Development.

Based in Sweetwater, Florida, URBE University connects its programs to the wider global workforce and to professional development. International students can consider fields with an international outlook, especially business, communications, marketing, and technology-based education. The university offers application guidance to help prospective students stay informed throughout the process. Additional activities include athletics, membership in NSAC and USCAA, and a SAT preparation program scheduled for summer 2026.
