The program requires 36 credit hours distributed across core, major, and concentration courses. Each course is 3 credit hours and lasts 8 weeks. Students complete all required coursework within their chosen concentration.

Graduates enter roles in organizational leadership, change management, and strategic development across business, education, non-profit, and faith-based sectors.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. No specific GPA or standardized test is required. Submission of official transcripts and a personal statement is required.
