Is this checker official guidance?
No — it's directional planning guidance, not an eligibility ruling. Admission requirements, recognition rules, and licensing exams change and vary by country and university, so always verify the current rules with the relevant medical regulator and the university itself before committing.
I'm from India and haven't qualified NEET yet — can I still study MBBS abroad?
You can enroll, but the National Medical Commission requires Indian nationals to have qualified NEET before starting a foreign medical degree in order to practise in India afterward. Studying abroad without it doesn't stop you from studying — it stops you from coming home to practise. Qualify NEET first, or budget for a route that doesn't depend on Indian licensure.
