    About Barnard College

    Barnard College is a women’s liberal arts college in New York City, partnered with Columbia University. Its history includes graduates such as Mabel Ping-Hua Lee, a suffragist from the class of 1916 who became the first Chinese woman in the United States to earn a doctorate. Today, the College brings together about 3,200 students and more than 40,000 alumnae.
