Graduates of the Action-Centred Coaching programme go on to careers in coaching, consulting, and human resources roles or in social and educational institutions. This programme is based on psychodrama, teaching methods for practical application with a focus on action-orientation, relationship and role patterns, and a humanistic approach. The training is led by experts such as Vanessa Lehmann and Janine Graf, who bring their own experiences in psychodrama and coaching to the course. The programme is structured around 11 modules, each focusing on different aspects of coaching, from initial discussions and clarification of assignments to in-depth methodological work and case studies.
