Actors’ Ensemble

The Actors’ Ensemble program at Trinity College Dublin is a 6-year non-degree course in Performing Arts, taught in English. It's ideal for emerging actors who want to develop core skills in voice, movement, and acting without committing to full-time studies.

The curriculum emphasizes practical training, with hands-on activities to enhance performance abilities. Students refine their acting techniques, build confidence and teamwork skills, and form a company of actors, culminating in a performance at The Lir Academy.

Graduates can pursue roles like stage actor, voice actor, performance artist, and theatre director. They can find opportunities in theatre companies, film productions, and television, with skills transferable to diverse pathways in the creative industries, including directing, writing, and production.
