Advanced Counseling Skills

The Advanced Counseling Skills module has been offered since December 2020 by the Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (HdBA). This program is designed for professionals seeking to deepen their counseling expertise, particularly in the context of career guidance and rehabilitation. Ideal candidates are those already working in advisory roles who wish to enhance their skills through a structured, practical approach.

Participants will engage in a curriculum that emphasizes self-reflection and case analysis, building on the existing knowledge from the BA's counseling framework. The program includes six modules that cover current developments in the job market, dynamic counseling processes, and the activation of clients' competencies.
