Master in Angewandte Informationswissenschaft – Praxisphase

Students in the Angewandte Informationswissenschaft programme undertake a 20-week practice phase in the fourth semester, working on real tasks in companies or information institutions, applying their knowledge, and reflecting on their experiences. Students gain insight into the diverse roles of information professionals, such as SEO at RTL Interactive or IT work at SAP in California. Campus Südstadt is home to the Institut für Informationswissenschaft.
