Graduates go on to become psychosocial experts in business and industry, undertaking roles such as consultant, coach, or working in human resources, marketing, and management. The degree is not for those interested in clinical therapy, but rather for those who wish to apply psychological principles to practical, real-world problems.

The 6-semester programme is taught in German at the Salzgitter campus, under the Faculty of Verkehr-Sport-Tourismus-Medien. It combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, including a practical semester during which students work to gain experience in an organisation.

The programme begins with fundamental courses in psychology, followed by specialisations in areas such as environmental, media, or economic psychology. It concludes with a bachelor's thesis.
