About Applied Project Management

Partnered with the Applied Management Centre, the online Applied Project Management programme is a registered education provider with the Project Management Institute (PMI®), supplying the training required for PMP® or CAPM® credentials.

Each week a new module opens on Saturday and closes the following Thursday. Participants spend around 15 hours on coursework, including readings, discussion forums, blogs and group activities, and receive guidance from instructors via email, phone and screen-sharing. The learning environment is fully online, so you can study at any time of day while following the weekly pace.

The six sequential courses progress through the whole project life-cycle, ending with a practical integration project where you select your own scenario and complete twelve assignments. Successful completion awards an Applied Certificate in Applied Project Management, appropriate for project managers, supervisors and coordinators across industries. The programme runs three times a year (September, January and April) and can be spread over up to two years.
