The programme is fully accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), giving graduates a recognised qualification that is linked to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. It is delivered online over one year part-time, allowing estate agents, property managers and other level-6 property professionals to study while working.

The course comprises six mandatory modules covering property sales, lettings and marketing; project feasibility and appraisal; planning and development; investment valuations; commercial real estate management and leases; and a capstone project in property development. Live online lectures are scheduled three evenings per week and recordings are available, with optional remote exam proctoring for overseas students.
