Bachelor in Aviation Management

Tuition is 2,500 USD per year.

Aviation Management covers the business and operational side of the air transport industry, including airline operations, airport management, aviation safety, and regulatory compliance. Coursework typically includes air transport economics, airline operations management, airport administration, aviation law and regulation, and logistics. Students study how airlines schedule flights, manage fleets, and coordinate ground operations, as well as how airports plan capacity and manage passenger and cargo flows. Case studies and group projects often examine real airline or airport operations, giving students practice in analyzing scheduling, pricing, and operational efficiency problems specific to aviation. Graduates commonly pursue roles such as airline operations coordinator, airport administrator, ground services manager, or aviation logistics specialist, working with airlines, airports, or aviation service companies. This bachelor's program is taught in English at Akdeniz Karpaz University in Lefkoşa, Northern Cyprus, over 4 years of full-time study. English-medium instruction reflects the international character of the aviation industry, where English is the standard language for operations and communication. The curriculum combines general business coursework, such as management and finance, with aviation-specific subjects covering safety regulation and airport operations. Students also study international aviation agreements and the regulatory bodies that govern air transport. Over the 4-year program in Lefkoşa, students gain exposure to both airline-side and airport-side operations, developing the administrative and analytical skills needed for careers across the commercial aviation sector.
