    About Bachelor of Construction Management

    Tuition is Year one international tuition is $18,940.57 (CAD)..

    This three-year on-campus bachelor's program prepares students to manage construction projects from start to finish. Students learn to read technical drawings, use building information modelling, prepare budgets, and coordinate trades. A mandatory 14-week work term provides hands-on experience in the industry. The program focuses on project planning, site management, quality control, and business skills.

    Three years, full-time, 90 credits, includes a mandatory 14-week work term.

    Graduates enter roles such as assistant project managers, junior estimators, and junior site coordinators.

    Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Mature Student Status. Six Grade 12 U or M courses with a combined average of 65%. Minimum 60% in Grade 12 U English and Grade 12 U Mathematics. International students must meet English language requirements.

    On-campus, full-time, three years.
